Working with Liana is like a working with a friend or family member who is looking out for your best interest. Not only is she cheerful and patient but she is also very professional with an eye for details and a willingness to do her "home"-work so that the client is well-informed. 

She sent us disclosure summaries for each house in which we expressed an interest, explained the pros and cons of houses with no biases, patiently worked with us when we rejected house after house, and worked diligently throughout the process to find a good match for us. 

Even after we bought the house and moved in, she went above and beyond her job role by doing research for us that was beyond her agent duties. 

We like her so much that we insisted that she had to show up for our housewarming party. She did. 

We are working with her again to find an apartment for my mom and we would recommend her services to any family and friends who are looking for property in the East Bay.
